Pyrolysis is a controlled, oxygen‑free thermal process converting waste into usable products: pyrolysis oil (fuel), syngas (energy), and carbon black (industrial use). Each EF unit processes up to 4 tons/day, consumes only 1.1 kW, and operates within a compact 3.3 × 2.5 × 5.6 m footprint. Accepted waste streams include MSW (sorted/unsorted), plastics, tires, medical waste, mazut and oil sludge. All units are modular, mobile and installable within a standard 40’ container with minimal civil works.
